Does anyone want to hear a horror story about a kitten that turned out better than expected, but is still up in the air as to our fate more than the Kitten's?

There's a cat outside that looks remarkably like the fuzzy gray kittens. Except she is very wild and won't let me close to her. I think it's the mama. Except the kittens are so tame! Maybe she is tame too and just afraid.
