Drinkwell filters?? by
Google User
I use a Drinkwell fountain for my dogs, and though the instructions
say the filter is optional, I would like to know if anyone has a
recommendation to find the filters inexpensively online? The store
where I purchased the fountain does not carry the filters. After
searching online I didn't find a...

tricky feeding by
Kyle Jones
We have three cats. Two of them immediately eat all the food
that's put before them. The third likes to nibble a bit at a
time throughout the day. This worked until the first two cats
figured out how to get to the third cat's food. Now the other
cats will eat all the third cat's food, which...

Hello (+ question about neutering) by
DemoDisk
Hi, all:
I haven't posted to any of the .cats groups since we lost KitKat 3 years
ago, but now I have a question....
On the 25th of May we discovered on the back stoop a frightened little
kitten about 6 weeks old (said the vet). KitKat had taught us to obey, so
there was no question about taking...

Cat proximity sensing with microchip implants? by
Mark
I know that pets can have microchips implanted under their skin for
identification purposes. Does anyone here know whether these chips can be
used with a proximity sensor?
I would really like to create a cat door that would allow my cats--and only
my cats--to enter. . .even if they lose their...

Disappearing cat - where does he go? by
Leon Heller
Babbage, my chocolate Burmese cat, goes out most mornings and comes back
in the evening. A couple of times now, he has disappeared for a whole
week - he returned yesterday morning from his latest 'holiday'. Someone
has obviously been looking after him and keeping him indoors, as his
claws are very...

All my cats are suddenly huge by
Spam O'Gram
Hello all,
We have three cats (7yrs, 13yrs, 18yrs) that recently started eating
more than usual. All three have grown huge in less than three weeks
-- far more than the extra food should allow and all at the same time.
They are not just fatter -- they are taller, longer and bigger-boned.
I have...

Kitty Stella keeps hurting herself! by
jen
Hi,
My cat Stella scratched her neck and created a wound. Now everytime it
scabs over, it itches her and she scratches it off. I'm afraid it will
never heal or get infected. Other than keeping her claws trimmed
(which doesn't seem to make a difference) what can I do?
Thanks!
J and Stella
