Yay! by Gracecat[_2_]
I searched all morning for a mac friendly usenet reader I liked. I've went through Nemo and a few more. I discovered Unison. So it looks like I'm hesitantly back with easier posting access. Gracie

My foster kittens... by [email protected]
I've had 4 foster kittens in the house, all siblings. 2 Boys, 2 Girls. They are wonderful - of all the babies I have had this year, I've fallen for these guys. The 2 boys went to their forever home yesterday with a wonderful couple and will be pampered and spoiled and loved. I'll get updates and I...

Otis got skunked - the Odyssey, Part II by Susan M[_3_]
It was just a matter of time, having a resident skunk who we now figure lives under the front deck, and a territorial cat with limited judgment. We are going to have to trap the skunk for sure, since it appears that he's moved in. The burning stench went up and my antennae went up. Sure...

There is a cat living in my garage! by Gandalf
And he/she hasn't paid the rent! Well, seriously, there IS a cat living in my garage. I haven't seen it, but I know it's there. On Saturday, I got my car out of my garage, and it was COVERED in paw prints, and cat hair. (mostly white, with some buff/light orange; maybe a male?) I thought one of...

Earthquake in LA! by Jeanne
There has been a 5.8 earthquake in eastern Los Angeles. Early reports are that it was centered in the Chino Hills area. 5.8 isn't a total disaster, but it's big enough to do some damage - please check in, Californians!

PING Enfilade by [email protected]
Last I heard, you were going to see a doc about your memory and other related issues. I'm just wondering what's up. Did you have any tests? Get any info? I hope you're OK... Purrs, -- Joyce ^..^ (To email me, remove the X's from my user name.)

Muzzling cats' noses by Bobcat
Lately, Martha our adorable tortie encourages me to make a circle with my thumb and forefinger, then she shoves her little muzzle into it. Idon't think this is especially odd because most cats like to have their heads and faces mauled. Does your cat like the muzzle muzzling treatment?

Shadow chased the red dot Greebling by Adrian[_2_]

PIZZA!!!! Here's your new thread Matthew by tanadashoes
When we were down in Florida, Matthew and Christine were discussing home made pizzas and how to properly make them. Matthew not only knows extensively about them, but is very artistic with the hand and arm gestures when talking about making the crust. I wouldn't know about making crust as I...

OT, but cute: raccoon family by Ted Davis[_3_]
I use the local wildlife as garbage disposers - their game trail to the pond runs between my house and workshop so I'm not attracting them by throwing out food: they come that way by themselves. I also use them to dispose of leftover kibble. Tonight, there was quite a bit, but no garbage except a...
