I need some advice about my troubled cats by
Bill Hoff
Hi all,
I need some advice about what to do with my crazy cats. I've got a 7

and a half. The problem is, the male cat(also fixed) a 3 year old is
attacking her. She got outside, and ever since he has nothing to do

Cat vomiting-pooping - 15 yrs old by
jks0614
Mommsy is 15 yrs old.
She always seem to have a sensitive stomach or vomiting issues. An
antibiotic usually helped. Now nothing helps. She was on AD for
short time, now on KD.
Vet said that liver & kidneys show deteriation due to age. Her
vomiting is smelly & so is her loose bowel movement. ...

chipped tooth by
Brad Stone
Hi there,
I have a 13 year old indoor male kitty who I adore. He's in great
health. But at a routine annual physical today, my vet (who I also
adore) noticed that the very tip of one of his canine (fang) teeth has
been chipped off. I'm guessing that only about a 16th of an inch is
missing. ...

Cat licks plastic bags by
NevaYouMindWhoItAint
Just wondering if any of you would know why our three year old cat likes to
lick plastic bags and also photos. I'm always worried that there is some
chemical on these items and would cause Tux to get sick.
Does anyone else experience this and would any of you know why?
Thanks in advance

Cat Hostile to Friend After Neuter. Why? by
Robyn
Hi All,
I'm having more cat trouble lately. :-) Fortunately, most of it has
turned out well. Anyway, Some weeks ago we took in a young feral cat,
Froggy. He settled in well and has begun responding to affection and
allowing our touch. :-) But from the moment he joined us, he and my
neutered male,...

Break a leg, Shadow by
guynoir
Last Thursday Shadow had the steel pins removed from his leg bones. By
Monday evening, the incision had healed and he’d stopped limping, so I
released him Tuesday morning. Total cost: over $700. I had no luck
domesticating him, which makes me sad because he is a really
affectionate and playful...

Sensitive spot above base of tail? by
Robotech_Master
I was just wondering...is there something special about the area just
above the base of the tail? I remember that one of my grandmother's
cats had a skin condition in that area, and my own cat seems rather
sensitive in that area...if I touch or rub it, she starts licking (or
nibbling) on my...

Question about ventilation systems for animal shelters by
Lashton
Our group is considering renting space (or buying a property) to move
our animal shelter, since the old one is too small and has inadequate
ventilation.
Chances are we'll need to install some type of air exchange
ventilation system in the new place to keep the cat box stinkies down.
Does anyone...

why do indoor cats shed more in springtime? by
MGW
I understand why outdoor cats shed their winter coats. But we keep
the house quite cozy in the winter, and use a/c in the summer, so why
do my indoor-only cats shed up a storm each spring?

Hi, just wanted to post an update to my post from last week for those
that are interested. I still think it's really weird.. Anyway, Squidly
did finally quit hissing at Froggy, although I was starting to wonder.
So we do have peace and everyone is getting along. However, I don't
think these two...
