Oh, I had not heard about this. I looked it up after I saw your message.
More than 100 cats and dogs were killed in the fire, most from smoke
inhalation. Second Chance is a no-kill shelter, but volunteers had to
euthanize some animals that were injured.

This is tragic. I'm so sorry to hear this.
