The Cat's Relationship to Man
 

I was pondering today, after givin a neighbour's cat some
skritching, how there's no other animal like them.

They demand something, and we give it to them! "Meow!" (Let me
in!). "Meow!" (Feed me.). Meow! (Let me out.) "Meow!" (Make the
rain stop.) - OK, we can' deliver on the last one, but everything
else they ask for, they usually get :-)

Presto (RB) once did that. So, jokingly, I waved my hand, proclaimed,
"Rain, stop NOW!" and in a few moments it did, and the sun came out.
Surprised the heck out of mem but Presto's next demand was to go outside.
Didn't happen.
