I don't know why I didn't get the original post from Marina. Anyway,

I realise now that this was a very deceptive picture. Caliban was
actually sleeping on my easy chair. I wanted to sit there so I carried
him to my bed, where Mir was sleeping. I didn't even expect him to stay
there, I thought he would come back and claim the chair for sure. A
moment later, I peeked into the bedroom, and he had snuggled up to Mir.

The other deception is that he looks huge. It's the angle, and also the
fact that Mir has this knack of folding herself up into a tight little
bundle so she looks much smaller than she is.

He looks HUGE!! How sweet they are.

It's the angle, and Mir making herself look small. He's not quite that
much bigger than her. He even looks fat in this picture. He's stocky,
but not fat any more.

Awww. They are buddies like Frank and Boots. You rarely see one
without the other (Frank is always trailing behind, like a good little
monkey; bless his heart. Boots ramrods him fiercely and he still just
adores her.

He's gorgeous at any size, but in that picture he does look about

LOL! No, I'm telling you, it's the angle. It really, really is.

Caliban is very put out that anyone would insinuate that he is huge. He
*knows* he's just a little kitten.

Which is why he likes to curl up in your pants while you're "indisposed". :)
