Chasing shadows
 

[As the gathered kitties, dogs, and other creatures enjoy the wonderful
buffet, the kittens run around the area playing. The campfire casts a
warm glow over the area, and it's flickering light casts dancing shadows
on the walls of the nearby tents. Benni sees the shadows, and starts
jumping up against the walls of the tents, batting at the shadows. The
other kittens see her, and soon all the kittens in group (including some
young possums and raccoons) are also jumping at shadows. Soon some adult
cats also look intrigued; Fred and Lucky are the first to join in.]

along the walls. He snickers a bit as he has to move FAST to not get
them caught! Daisy-chan giggles and puffs up her fur and stands. She
casts a large bear shape and joins in, her shadow is chasing the
kittens who squeel in mock fear from the lumbering bear shadow.]

[Sammy chuckles and turns to Mercurio]

I can see why da hoomins have given Benni the nickname of Shadow Dancer.

[Mercurio also chuckles, then holds his front paws out in front of him,
concentrates for a moment, then his paws twinkle a little. The shadow of
a dragon appears on the wall of the tent, chasing the jumping kitties.]
