I need help!!!

I live in an apartment complex and have a small group of feral cats that live
and unfortunately breed here. I recieved a call from the apartment manager
today in total despair. She is a advid cat lover and know I, myself have
adopted a couple of the stays from the complex. The property owners are tired
of all the complaint they are getting from some of the tenants about all the
strays. According to what I was told the owners want all the cats removed and
destroyed. I wish I had a dump truck load of money, I would then try to live
capture and spay/nueter all of them. What options does the manager have? I am
trying to save these kitties! I feed several and have become quite fond of a
couple of them. I don't have room in my small apartment to take on any more
cats ( my total is up to 4). Any suggetions? anything would be of help.

Hopefully this answer isn't too late. Have you tried local rescue groups? I had a similar problem last year. I contacted a rescue group and they gave me a live trap and taught me how to use it. I would set it up and catch the cats and someone from the group would pick them up, take them to the vet to get it nuetered/spayed, and a day or so later they would drop it off back here again. All for free. It doesn't get them out of the complex but at least they are not reproducing. The property owners haven't threatened to destroy the cats but they do tell us not to feed them. I caught 5 kittens last year with the help of the rescue group and had to get them homes through word of mouth myself, the group couldn't take them since they were already overloaded, they operate strictly through foster homes, no shelters. Let me know if you somehow happen to live in southeast PA and I'll get you the name of the group.
