the other kitty plucks the strings. Neither of them has any musical
experience (other than listening to the musical kitties in The
Aristocats) so when they start trying to play it sounds horrid. Sammy
and Francesca both wince when the youngsters produce an especially
dischordant noise, but before too long the sounds they make aren't
quite bad enough to drive away a listener.]

Mona comes up and makes a very rythmic purr. It seems much like a very
country/folk washboard. She practices matching it to the the others and
varyng the loudness. Like the others, she's not sure what she is doing
but she's having fun!
