[Sundance puts on some big pots of water to boil and lines some bamboo steamers with cabbage leaves. In some steamers, he puts chopped pork, shrimp, and vegetables in different shapes of wrappers; these are siu mai, mushroom dumplings, and shrimp dumplings. In other steamers, he puts white buns stuffed with barbecued pork; these are pork bao. He puts the steamers on the pots of boiling water with lids on top. Then he takes the rest of the chopped pork and vegetables, folds them into a different shape of wrapper, and puts them in skillets; these are potstickers.

When everything is ready, Sundance loads all the food onto a cart along with some small plates and rolls it out to his guests.]
