Luko and Prince come back to the elder's livingroom. Luko
remembers to shake the trail dust off his dragging tail before
entering but Prince forgets.

He heads for the pile of bedding and puts his head on Mona's
favorite pillow. Luko joins and sighs.

A young server runs up the stairs to report to the elder what she
has seen. She puts on a bathrobe and heads down, almost as
soundless as a cat. She signals in ASL-C/D to bring some
comforters and places them about Luko and Prince. She knows their
friend will soon awake and wants her to see them warm.


[Freddie and Milton quietly approach the room where Luko and Prince
sleep, and lay a wreath of roses at the door. The wreath bears the
name "Mona". They then sneak quietly away, not wanting to disturb
their friends in their time of mourning.]

Late afternoon comes and nature calls. Both have dreamed of Nerf
Balls. Sighing they head out and see the wreath. It is appreciated.
One of the house helpers puts it on the door.

Luko sniffs at Prince. "Bath time furry one". Prince smiles and goes
to the lake and jumps in while Luko suns on the warm wood of the dock.
Meantime, Prince chases some fingerling fish about. They jump a bit
out of the water and he decides to heard a few to the dock.

Luko is brought out of his light doze by the sound of little plops near
him. 4 little fish have landed on the pier. He eats one and Prince
comes up and eats one then noses the other 2 to the water. He wanders
back the pier and gives a good shake where he won't wet Luko then comes
back to lay next to him, looing out at the serene lake and waterfall in
the late afternoon sun.
