Kittens can be spayed/neutered at as young as 8 weeks.
Spay surgery is considerably more involved than neuter surgery.
It might cost more to do a younger kitten; but I'm not certain on this.
Spaying very young cats is relatively new; I'm sure many vets don't even
do it.
If it was me, I would wait until the kitten is 4 to 5 months old; but
before they go into heat the first time.
I believe it would be a little safer, and easier on your kitten.
Call your vet and discuss it with them; or the next time she is due for
vaccinations. She must have some not yet done.

Upload the photos to the website, making sure they are 'public' photos,
when you up load them, or else people would be asked for a login and
password, to view them.
Flickr is associated with yahoo.com, and seems very easy to use.
If your pictures are more than 300kb in size, it would be nice if you
resized them to that size, or smaller, since some people are still using
dial up, and to view the picture, it has to be downloaded. Big photos
can take a long time, on dial-up.
