Quiona has cheese in? Here its just millet and I know it's good for me (so
is said) but millet is bird seed AFAIK so I'm not eating Quiona atm.

I make it with Margarine, Basil & Parmesan. Otherwise, yep it's a seed. I've found some brands much better than others. The drier it cooks up, the better it tastes.
