Temptation bags sometimes refuse to zip closed.

I very rarely give Persia treats. But hey, if you don't like the packaging
see if they have a feedback form on the web site. Maybe you'll get a
coupon, too.

Good idea. I'll wait until I get another bad one and let them know the
lot number.

It never hurts to ask. I've often wondered, since I can sometimes print
or have them snail mail coupons for Persia's prescription food every few
months, why they don't just lower the price. Then it occurred to me, a
lot of people probably don't bother to look for or ask for coupons.
