Try offering your kitten Hill's Kitten (formerly Feline Growth) canned food.
We've fed Hills kitten food to several hundred kittens - they thrived on it
and I don't think I've ever seen a kitten refuse it!

We've also fed Hills Kitten to pregnant and nursing queens and debilitated
and recuperating cats with excellent results.
