My mom's old cat, Smokey, came up from our barn one day, dragging a rat as big as she was. (She weighed about 8 lbs.) She was so proud of it, chirping and trilling, saying "See what I have done!" We were quite amazed at the size of the thing! She was a VERY good hunter!
