Phone calls from him are nice, but with a bad connection and his hearing problems, it is sometimes difficult to communicate. And if it is frustrating for me, I can't imagine how frustrating it is for him. He sounded much better this time compared to the last time I talked to him. Much more with it. While I am concerned with his health, I at least feel like there are things I can do to help him get back in touch with people and I am beyond ecstatic that he is wanting to get back in touch with everyone. That is a big step forward from where he has been.

He said he has been getting lots of cards and really appreciates them. I will repost his address if you want to send him something. I know he welcomes this. More as I get him connected back with the interwebs.
