Can you give a cat a supplement so that their urine doesn't smell so strong?
Does anyone know if there is a supplement to give male cats that will
make their urine not smell so strong. I just had my male neutered bc I thought it would keep him from spraying but now when he uses the litter box, the smell is overpowering. I've tried all the special litters etc. Please help. |

Hi Anna, How long ago did you have your cat neutered? It can take up to a couple months for the hormones to level off. Is he getting plenty of fresh water? This will affect the strength of his urine just like it does humans. 8^)~~~ Sue (remove the x to e-mail) ~~~~~~ "I reserve the absolute right to be smarter today than I was yesterday." -Adlai Stevenson ************************************************* http://www.suzanne-eckhardt.com/ http://www.intergnat.com/malebashing/ |
