Default My Cat's Tail

Hello folks. I came home from eating dinner tonight and started petting my
cat when he meowed in pain at me. Upon further inspection I realized his
tail was all the way down. Maceo is a year-old Siamese mix and his tail is
always up flowing like a question mark. There is some movement.. when I put
food down his tail is kinda parallel with the ground. He's been kinda
sitting down different, adjusting to the pain. Well my question is.. should
I take him to a vet tomorrow? Is this a normal thing for rambunctious (oh
my god sp) cats? I'm worried because my first cat had feline leuk and
stopped using her back legs. Bad experience. (They never met though)
So Please help me out I'm scared.

Sounds like an injury. I would have the vet look at it. NOT normal.

It seems to be a little better.. It's raising almost all the way but not
quite 100%.. is it possible he just has to be careful and it'll heal?

I'd take him to the vet. It could be an injury, but it could also be some kind
of stroke event.
