I asked around, and yes, Secret Santa meant to send da hoomin card too.
Santa figgered da hoomins could use sum Kissamouse goodies too.

Harri, Please tell the Secret Santa that our mom thinks it is a great
present and will happily spend it. Some people are setting off
fireworks already, altho this could be dangerous. Some people have
FEMA blue roofs. We hope nobody's house gets hurt. Our house doesn't
