Yes, I think she's guilty, but our court system instructs jurors to come to a decision "beyond all reasonable doubt, and this is *especially* important when the death sentence is involved". The prosecution's case was all based on circumstantial evidence. Yes, I think she is guilty as hell, but she was not connected with any eye witnesses (unreliable as they are) and, more importantly, she was not connected with any DNA evidence. Had the verdict been guilty I think she would have gotten off on the appeal. Sad that a murderer gets off scott free, but rather that than an innocent person be put to death for something they didn't do. For those who believe, even in just Karma, she will eventually be punished for what she did. -- Hugs, CatNipped See all our masters at: http://www.PossiblePlaces.com/CatNipped See the RPCA FAQ site, created by "Yowie", maintained by Mark Edwards, at: http://www.professional-geek.net/rpcablog/ Email: L(dot)T(dot)Crews(at)comcast(dot)net |

But back to the minute: from what I hear from Orlando (friends, not the media) so many are so angry at this disregard of the child's "justice" factor, that bets are on that George is already deep in arrangements to have entire family placed in Witness Protection safety in a far location ASA{P. Orlando has become a large city (for FL standards) full of gangs and violent crime;it ain't Disney World, LOL. The whole city and possibly most of the state knows exactly where these people live, etc. If those people you saw on tv during the last 3 years with George & Cindy (well, maybe this was only televised in FL: that is what I meant when I said "shoved down our throats for 3 years") hassling the couple in their yard and front door...whatta you think is gonna happen now? And LOL to boot angry local cops will protect the family yeah right. Cindy Anthony has a FL registered nurse license to practice and there are already a group of her peers planning to issue a "complaint" against her license for "ethics" violations for perjuring herself by lying multiply on witness stand.Tallahasee will not give a **** *who* she was trying to save; we'll see what comes of that, and I fully approve None of the rest of us moms could get away with committing perjury in court. One of the more obscene of street trash talk there is that Jose and Casey will now head for a glitzy hotel when she is freed due to time served for the lying convictions. Lori we have to believe that what goes around comes around. Media even speculates she is free to make tons of money with selling stories and books about this. Karma is a bitch and it will catch up with you I am busy with something else right now and can't stick around here. Evidently there is some sort of organization among the original "searchers" who helped the Unholy Trio *search* for Caylee way back in 2008 when she was finally declared missing....and the Trio knew all along she was *dead*. Local Orange County media is reporting that defense team is with them at their home...and the lawyers are getting death threats. Evidently social networks have more uses than just making "friends" like I thought. There is also a big mob with nasty signs growing in numbers at the wooded area where the body was found, mounted cops watching. It is nice to get live reports from my friends there in Orlando area instead of watching tv about it. Gotta go. |

CatNipped That is my nick for Anthony family involved heavy perjury in the case: George, Ciindy, and Casey. Just as that wacko killer in Tucson who gunned down the congresswoman and others including a little girl....that is an AZ thing and the rest of us only got scant 411 about the whole thing compared to those in that city/ state. So is this a FL thing but dragged on much, much longer, so I can blame no one for not following the case. I feel like the Sunshine State has way passed NJ for notoriety now as weird people and news, even including that tv series about the Housewives. The experts interviewed on tv say this defendant, when free, unlike Tucson man, will eventually do something similar again. |

If there was insufficient evidence to convict (execute) her, I may have done the same thing. The sure thing is, she was aquitted by 12 jurors, but she was definitely found guilty by the court of American opinion. I suspect every talk show, magazine, newspaper, and movie producer is courting her right now, and this same public will watch the shows, buy the magazines and newspapers, and she'll end up a bigger train wreck than she is already, albeit a wealthy one. She'll be on every talk show around and be the latest notorious celebrity. And after listening to that girl speak, I don't believe she is sharp enough to keep her stories straight. Of course the double jeopardy law will protect her. No one outside that family knows that happened. It's so tragic that forensics weren't helpful Sherry |
