We're sending huge purrs and prayers that everyone even vaugely near
New Orleans and in the path of Hurricane Gustav makes it safely
through the storm. Catnipped, are your kids OK?

I've been thinking about Erin and her family all day. They keep saying St
Bernard Parish is probably going to take another hit. Most are already
evacuating. This is not what they need now or ever again. But the Gulf
waters are just so warm and it isn't unexpected. Prayers and purrs for all
to get out ok or if they stay, it isn't like Katrina.

Purrs and prayers sent from our house too. This is horrid.
Geez, a lot of storms in the USA this year.
I wa watching a program on The History Channel last night about Hurricane
Katrina, and the damage it did, and I hope the improvements they've made
since then help.

Kyla
