Default Cat food question(I'm sorry)

In a previous post in reply to, Kitten won't eat canned food, Ruby Tuesday
offered this link,http://www.catsincanada.com/articles/feeding.html It's
good reading and informative and after looking at the indgredients on the
food I feed our cat, I have a question. I have been feeding Nutro Natural
pouch which lists no by products but the article states the following:

"The words "natural" or "premium" are not necessarily indicative of high
quality Look for meat as the first ingredient. This will be listed as
"chicken", "turkey", etc. NOT "chicken meal", or "chicken by-product meal"
or "chicken by-products", or "chicken broth".

Now the first indregient on the Nutro is listed as chicken broth. The second
thru the fifth indgredients are as follows: Chicken, chicken liver, wheat
gluten, and turkey. Is this as good a food as I had thought? I hope so, he
eats it. Thanks a bunch gang.

Paul: sounds healthy...if the furball likes it I'd say you've got a winner.

I am a particular fan of Nutro food. Their kitten food goes a long way in
helping sick kittens get the nutrients to help over come the URI's faster.
