One sentence story

OK, so I'm going to write a sentence to start a story.
Everyone continues the story with one sentence!

The sun shone through the window as Misty, the cat,
stretched and yawned lightly.

Misty stook up and looked around, trying to decide whether to
have a snack, play with a toy mousie or go see what her
hoomin might be doing.

But then she realized that the sun felt sooooooooooooooooooooo
good on her fur, so moving about was a total waste of energy

After gazing out the sunny window for a while, Misty heard her
hoomin moving about and, being a curious kitty, decided to see
what might be going on.

Her person had brought in a box! Its unfamiliar scent made her
feel a tiny bit leery, but she came up anyway to get a better
look.

The box had a tantalizing scent. What was it, Misty wondered as
she closed her eyes to get a better sniff.

Trying not to get too excited, Misty sniffed and thought
hopefully, "Could that be catnip?"

It was not catnip, it was some other herbs her meowmie had brought
back from the supermarket to cook her own meal with.

It certainly smells good, but I can jump into and play in the box!

"Meomie will think it's cute and if I give her the big eyes, she'll
want to give me a treat and some scritches." Misty thought as she
climbed delicately into the box, turning around a a few times to get
her position right.

So Misty got into the box, turned around and waited for her Meomie to
return to the room and see how cute she looked...

Meowmie decided she was not cute and boxes were out so she

lifted Misty out of the box and put her gently onto the floor beside it.
Misty though "Oh, we're going to play the in and out game." and she
jumped
back into the box with a little squeek.

Meomie decided that *was* cute so they played the in and out game until
Misty curled up in the box for another short nap.

She napped until something woke her up, it was something hovering overhead,
it was the mothership and it had come for her

She came fully awake and realized it was her Meowmie leaning over the
box to give her a tickle and say "kitty food?" which of course Misty
understands!

She woke up and saw an amazing thing it was

some tiny lights twinkling in grass outside.

So she went outside to investigate and found that they weren't lights
at all, they were

little droplets of water, shining in the strong sunlight. She hadn't
seen it rain and nowhere else seemed wet ...

Everywhere was covered with beautiful shining raindrops and she wondered
what to do, were these a sign from the mothership for her?

She remembered what her cat meomie had told her about the mothership and
how when it arrived, everything became beautiful.

The mothership hovered overhead and a door opened, there was a very big cat
there, he was golden with beautiful fur and blue eyes

"A little white kitten will come to your house, you must persuade your
human to take her in. The kitten has had a very bad time and we need you
to take very good care of her.

Misty seemed to hear his words in her head, not her ears.

This kitten needs your help and guidance. It hasn't had a real home or
a meowmie before. It needs your help.

The mothership only communicates telepathically so it is not possible to
speak to the golden cat directly but if you get direction to save a kitty
you must do so and the golden cat said "I am here to tell you

Visit the mothership and see what happens there

she said yes, although she was scared at the prospect but when she got there
she saw all of the kitties that she thought
were gone for ever

I'm an American and I've been participating! I just don't know what
other sentence(s) to add to continue the story! Not feeling very
creative at the moment, sorry.
