Default Farewell, Starr

[Sammy, Ranger, Francesca and Benni pull Starr da Dogg's favorite
blanket, favorite bed, and favorite water dish out of the house and drag
them toward a clearing in the woods. The bed is several times her size,
but tiny Benni insists on dragging it herself. Fred, Sarge, and Lucky
look on solemnly.]

Well, it's time to send Starr's favorite things to the Rainbow Bridge so
she'll have them. Starr, I know that you can hear us. We will all miss
you, but we'll all do our best to keep the humans safe. It's good that
you're healthy and strong again. Seeing you lost and confused and
terrified was terrifying for all of us who love you.

Please keep and eye on us, and send the humans signs of your presence
every once in a while.

[They drag Starr's things into a teleporter, Benni with tears streaming
down her tiny face, and with tears glistening on the faces of the
others. Once they're done Fred drags his favorite cold-weather blanket
to the 'porter. Sarge carries over his favorite food dish, and Lucky
brings a can of his favorite gooshy food.

Sammy programs the teleporter for an address that no living kitty can
ever visit, and hits the activate button. The inside of the 'porter
shimmers and the items inside vanish.

At the other end of the circuit, at the Rainbox Bridge, the receiving
teleporter shimmers and Starr's stuff comes tumbling out. A young,
healthy, strong Rhodesian Ridgeback/Labrador smiles appreciatively at
the things her family sent, and with the help of several kitties, a Coon
Hound, a couple Springer Spaniels, and a Corgi gets her stuff pulled to
a comfortable nook on the edge of a large meadow. Starr gazes lovingly
back at those left behind on Earth and wags gently.]
