(OT) Sparkling Repartee at home

From Edith Wharton and Henry James to the Roaring Twenties to Sex in the
Cities, we New Yorkers have been depicted as quick and witty, full of banter
and snappy repartee. I am glad to report to you that it is all true, and we
prove it every day on my house. For example, a couple of nights ago, my
mother walked in on me dancing around the living room, and watched with
amusement. Quoting the latest Geico Caveman
(http://www.dancingcaveman.com/) commercial, I said to her "I picked up this
move in Prague." She came back immediately with "Come over here, I picked
up this @$$-kicking in Brooklyn."
