Sleeping Cats
Persia is so funny! If I'm lying on the sofa she stretches out on me full
length; a flat cat... sometimes she even rolls over on her back but she's completely stretched out. I love it when she does this; she lets me rub her belly and it's so soothing to hear her purrrrrrrr, I just drift off to sleep. But if I'm in bed, she *never* stretches out on me; instead, she curls up in a little ball right along the curve of my waist. If I roll over in the middle of the night, she steps - with all four paws or else leaps! BOINGG! over me. Then she turns in circles like a dog and curls up again right in the crook of my waist. I can't quite figure out the difference in sleeping mode. The bed is bigger, obviously. Is that why she only uses me as a human mattress when I'm on the sofa? Jill |

Jill Perhaps it is due to the temperature difference between day and night. |
