A Dcon sounds like the perfect breed. There are some similar breeds which work
well also - some kill the mice and some let you dispose of them outdoors and
live.

A wild farm cat.

Take a drive out into the boonies and present yourself to a farmer's
home. They usually have cats running around the barn or outbuildings.

Beware, these animals are basically feral but they do meet all your
requirements.

I can see a stormy relationship in the making here. ;-)
