I almost *never* keep chain mail ("tell 10 friends," "forward to 12
friends," etc.) going, but this is one where I make an exception. I checked
this out on snopes.com some time ago, and it's legitimate. Most email and
Internet messages that promise something in exchange for clicking on a site
are phony, but this site really does make donations based on the number of
"clicks" it receives. We can click on this site daily, and sponsors pay for
the donation of free food. Sponsors view the site as advertising and public
relations.

That's what I thought, too! The friend who forwarded it to me also has
better things to do than forward chain letters, but evidently she felt,
as I did, that this one seemed worth passing on.
