I found after many years that Kitty Farmcat had the name of Lucky once. She
was certainly lucky to get here. I saw her previous home (eventually) and I
would have got out of there myself.

She looks more like 10-14 days old to me. How anyone could put her in a bin
knowing the contents would be crushed escapes me. I could never live with
myself if I did that.
Why not just take her to some sort of shelter, even if you left her on the
doorstep and then phoned anonymously in a few minutes to say she was there.
