Back to TED ::sigh::
We were back at the TED this evening. HRFL has had a tummy bug and has
been *off* for a few days. It turns out that he has colitis, and possibly a little bit of pancreitis.( He's had something to ease the pain, and he seems to feel better, but some purrs for a quick recovery would be gratefully received. Whilst I was there, Mr Edwards made a joke... he said that he's nominating Pandora for "luckiest cat" award as she emerged only bumped and bruised from her ordeal. He also mentioned that the night Pandora went missing (very bad weather), 3 other cats belonging to other clients from his surgery went missing too. One was an 18 year old insulin dependent diabetic boy who dissapeared for 3 days. Apparently, by Saturday his owners were so frantic they were emotionally exhausted and drained, thinking that their dear boy had died somewhere from lack of insulin. Instead he wandered in through the cat flap as if nothing had happened, was in pretty good shape, and was demanding breakfast! Incidentally, everyone else eventually turned up too. Purrs coming your way. Rusty had colitis last year. Switching his food to
Hill's I/D worked very well for him. Maybe a change of diet will help. Winnie "Helen Miles" wrote in message news:d611028be59788c01ac5b6e84cbd49c6.76411@mygate .mailgate.org...
