Construction site

They are building a house across the street and one house down. It's noisy
and annoying but may be having the desired affect on Vino. Every afternoon
there are some mysterious blasts and explosions and it's making Vino a bit
nervous. He's been keeping away from the windows and doors. I'm beginning
to hope that this house won't be finished for a long, long time ;-)

Don't count on it, Britta. This new place I moved to is being developed
quickly, so there are new houses built all the time, constant noise from the
construction sites. The cats are used to it now. Nikki will even sit on the
balcony and keep an eye on the construction workers while they blast the
ground for the foundations.
