Default OK, now it's getting dangerous

I recently posted about Black Kitty's fetish for kitchen sink items,
which he likes to deposit in random locations around the apartment.
I will then find, say, the steel wool pad on the living room floor.

I always wash out cat food cans and leave them to dry in the dish
drainer, before putting them into the recycle bin. Tonight I found
a clean, dry cat food can *lid* on the living room floor by the rocking
chair. These lids are really sharp. They're smooth-edged, but can cut
skin. Now B.K. is moving these around, in his mouth??

I'm not terribly worried, but on the other hand, I'm not thrilled
about it, either. It's amusing to find the vegetable scrubber on the
couch, but I'd rather he left the sharp objects alone!

That's really cute but I'd share your concern too. Bootsie used to steal things
and stash them. She stole jewelry mostly if I left it lying about. She got my
daughter's leather bi-fold that held her drivers license, credit card and
student ID once. It was months before we found it.

That does sound a bit worrying. Is there anywhere you can hide the cans and
their lids while they dry? On a happier note, I'm getting used to Nikki
"singing" to "her" piggy and carrying it around. It always turns up in
different places, and it always makes me laugh to think that Nikki has
carried it around and deposited it in its proper place for the moment. Often
I will find it in bed with me in the mornings when I wake up. When I get
home from work, it is usually standing in the middle of the livingroom
floor, etc. She always sets it up right side up, so it's standing on its own
four feet looking very determined.

One of Rosies favorite items to steal are the letter openers I get at Staples. A
round plastic disk with a slot and razor blade inside. I don't buy them anymore and
don't use them anymore, but one in a while another one she stole and hid will show
up/

That's probably a good idea. Hmm... well, I guess I could just put them
in the recycle bin wet, and they can dry in there. He doesn't seem to
be interested in pawing through there.

LOL. Is this the fate of most of Frank's toys?

Now that's really strange. I wonder what the attraction is for her? Bootsie's
petty theft is pretty much limited to jewellry and rubber bands (now we
*really* had to be careful with those).. Except for the one billfold incident.

When I saw the picture of Frank singing to Nikki I started to write
that he was getting after her for stealing HIS BD present.;-)
