They sound like the are cute. I have watched all spring and summer to see
baby squirrels but never did. Thanks for the info. Ann Cheryl wrote: In , ann composed with style: I would love to see pictures of the baby squirrel, too. I have squirrel nests in the trees in my yard but I never saw a baby. Do they stay in the nest until they look like an adult ( like a bird does when it leaves the nest) or are they alot smaller than an adult when they leave the nest? I've seen a lot running around this year but I can't remember ever seeing so many. They are small like chipmunks but with a longer tail and grayer (here any way). |

"Allegra640" wrote in message ... Well, tonight's the night Vera & Lola begin relearning to eat on their own. This hand-feeding stuff has gotten out of control and i really want to begin getting them on a regular feeding schedule. So far, i'm incredibly depressed ... because they're depressed. They keep looking at me with those big, beautiful eyes, as if to say, "mommy, why are you mad at us? why aren't you feeding us?" They're pacing, confused ... and NOT eating. I know I should stick to my guns, but it's killing me. I really feel like bawling my eyes out. Allegra, sending encouraging purs to your furkids and strengthening purrs and hugs for you! Christine |
