Helen,

I've been trying to ring you since yesterday. After three failed
attempts, I reported to BT that each time I rang your number, I was
connected to a different number. Tonight, I've again tried to ring you.
This time, I've got only a ringing tone. Could you either send me your
phone number by email so that I can check that I correctly heard what
you said or could you ring me again. Thank you. I've plans to be at
home tomorrow until about 2.00 pm.
