I'm so sorry to hear about what happened! So tragic, and so young.
It reminds me so much of what happened to Cheryl's only son earlier
this year. I still think about that, and I'll be thinking about
this, too.

I'm touched you remembered my loss in this post. Things like this
bring an anger that doesn't seem to go away. It brings tears out of
no where. But the anger and bitterness doesn't seem to go away.

What a terrible thing to happen. I was reminded of Cheryl, too. Many
soothing purrs coming over for Kelli.

What I remembered most is how you immediately bounced back. It's such
a terrible thing. Hugs for you, and for Nan too, and Kelli, who seems
to be taking a lot upon herself (religious guilt, funeral
arrangements, and the rest) at such a difficult time.

Nan, my heart goes out to her. A sudden death in a young person is
one of the worst things to experience. You never get a chance to say
goodbye and their whole life seemed to be ahead of them. Please give
her my condolences and let her know I understand. I lost my 23 year
old son this year in the same way. I'll never be the same.

Thank you, Cheryl. I lost my husband in March 2000 very suddenly, so
I know what you mean about not being able to say goodbye. He was fine
one minute and the next minute he had slumped over and was gone. It's
been 3 1/2 years and I still miss him.

Thank you, Joy. I'll be seeing her this evening at the visitation and
will tell her that she is being prayed for by people all over the
world.

How terribly sad. Our deepest, heartfelt sympathy to his family,
along with purrs and prayers in abundance.
