Rescue Group Vet Discounts
Hi,
I work with a small pet rescue group. The vets in our area are talking about making changes to the way they discount our bills. Currently they offer 25% off the price of services like spay/neuter, surgery, office visits, etc. No discounts on RX food, medication or tests. May I ask some of the members what they are offered by their local vet clinics? All comments would be gratefully received and would really help us when it comes to the negotiations. Thanks, Diana |

our 'special needs' vet that we use for special cases gives us 50% off
procedures, in-house tests and office visits. If we drop them off in the morning and pick up at night with no set appointment time there is no office visit fee. No discount on drugs. Or regular vet has a set price for rescue spay/neuters, combo tests and rabies. He also gives us a discount on most drugs. I forgot to mention we do about 300 animals a year through our routine vet.
We do about 20-30 through the special needs vet. Joe "Joe" wrote in message ... our 'special needs' vet that we use for special cases gives us 50% off procedures, in-house tests and office visits. Hi Joe,
Thanks so much for responding. May I ask what the set prices are for spay/neuters and what percentage discount you get on the drugs? If you prefer to keep this private, please feel free to email me at biz2@ post.com. Barbara "Joe" wrote in message om... I forgot to mention we do about 300 animals a year through our routine vet.
