Visiting Cats...
I had a day off work earlier this week, waiting at home for a
plumber to come and fix a drain problem. A neighbour's cat from across the road must have known I was at home. He has a morning routine, patrolling his territory - but on that day, he deviated from his normal route. He crossed the road to come into my front garden, spotted from my bedroom window - so, I went downstairs to open my front door and talk to him. Guess what? He'd walked right up to the door, and was standing there with his tail raised in the classic 'J' shape. "Meow?", he said! He didn't come in, but waited for some skritches before going back to his normal patrol route... -- MatSav |
