Was that "there.com"? That was the first avatar game I'd heard of,
it was started in around 2002 or '03. I had a couple of friends who
got heavily into it. My computer didn't have the speed or the memory
for a program that complex, so I didn't install it at home, but
sometimes I'd try it out at a friend's place.
