We culd be foozed but we dont fink a raw ham (unless itz small) wuld get dun
enuff in 4 hours. We fink it shuld be smoked or cooked when yoo buyz it. Howsumeffur, raw hams are hard tu come by, so dis may be intirelee a non prollem. Roast in a preheated 325 degree F oven for about 1-1/2 hours or until the internal temperature measures 170 degrees F in the thickest part of the breast. Sweet Mustard 6 egg yolks 1 Cup cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon salt 1 Cup light brown sugar 1/2 Cup Coleman's dry mustard 1. Whisk egg yolks, cider vinegar, salt, sugar and dry mustard together in a stainless steel bowl. 2. Place over a boiling water bath and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. 3. Cool and reserve in refrigerator for service. Apple Hash 6 Large Granny Smith apples, cored and finely diced 1-1/2 Cups finely chopped pecans 1/2 Cup sundried cranberries 1/2 Cup bourbon whiskey 1 Cup maple syrup 1. Toss together apples, pecans, cranberries, bourbon and syrup. Cover and chill for 8 hours. |
