Trudi chooses a gown

Trudi wanders the boutique looking for the right dress to honor all who will
be called at the ball and she sees many beautiful gowns that are all stylish
and perfectly made but she rejects one and all until she sees the exact
dress that has been in her mind that will be a tribute to her house and the
entire community...

the dress is a very light weight material that is in the classic cape style,
it clasps at the neck with a white trim... the body of the dress appears to
change color as she moves in the mirror, it is black when just glanced at
but as she moves and the light catches it it can be seen in the depths of
the material white, no silver, no black... the clasp at the neck has two
very green emeralds and one gold topaz... one emerald for Miss Violette, One
gold topaz for Tiger and one emerald for tiger, the "smoked" appearance of
the gown honors Miss violette and TV as that was their coloring and the
white neck clasp honors as an extra tribute her mom cat substitute TV
reminding her of his white cape... the dress is so light weight it does not
hinder her weak hindquarters or put any pressure on them so she is able to
walk eligantly as if she is just in her own house taking her time... she
then stands on her back paws, placing her ppaws on the wall to see if she
can stand up in the dress long enough for a slow dance should any mancat ask
for a dance...

she takes off the dress, goes to the counter and has it wrapped to take
home...

purparein fur da ball, I hasta make notez inna skort buk, pozt da skort
thread anna clean owt da majik bak pak sinze i haz notted did diz sinze mine
momcat TV wented to da brige.

trudi laffz anna returnz da hug, gif hersef time, i am juzt so purlezed dat
da clasp haz an emerald for tv and violette anna gold topaz fur tiger, bast
surely made diz drezz juzt fur minesef... when willow iz a grown up ladycat
she will haf gud taztez juzt like ursef but she iz still beri young no matta
