Hi All,

I've recently relocated to LA from Pittsburgh. My wife and two cats will
join me later but two cats has to come after Nov. 30th when our lease
of the apartment in Pittsburgh is up. My wife will stay with some family
but cats have to be relocated to LA. Due to the limitation of our
budget, I can't quite fly back and forth. I was wondering if anybody knew
any good cat transportation services that could transport two
cats in a day. Any help will be really appreciated.

You might want to take a look at the following:
http://www.flypets.com/services.asp
http://animaltransportation.com/domestic.htm
http://www.petmove.com/howMuch.htm

You could also do a Google search for "small animal transportation".

And I forgot to add in my previous post - welcome to CA! I'm about 50
miles east of you (work in Irvine (Orange County), live just east of San
Bernardino (San Bernardino County)).

Hi Dan,

I really appreicate your help. We are looking to move in somewhere
near Studio City, Passadina, ... depending on where my wife gets her job.
I am with UCLA so we will see.

Pasadena is distant from UCLA.
It is also distant from Studio City.
Especially because of the need to take several freeways,
and that especially during rush hours to get home.

Studio City, or anywhere in the San Fernando Valley
would be your better choice for a place to live.
Even if your wife finds work in Pasadena,
she could take a less busy more northern freeway (the 118)
and get to work. You, however, will have to take a busy freeway,
(but less than if you lived in Pasadena) both to and from work.
How busy would depend on you work hours, ofcourse.

Good Luck!
Sylvia
