Gizmo Keeping Watch...
I think Gizmo has been taking part in a rotating roster of "street watch"
undertaken by the indoor cats in my street. This is how it works.....she sits happily next to me, watching TV, then wakes up suddenly, runs to the window, where she sits for 3 minutes then joins me back on the lounge for approx 1/2 an hour and goes to the window, then back...etc.etc. This happened Saturday night....then on Sunday night....I'd never noticed it before......tonight should be interesting!!! It is like they take turns to do shifts or something becasue the timing is perfect!!! Also, naughty cat decided she didn't like our new paper shredder and urinated on it. I don't know how she managed it because it was down the side of the wire basket. The only way she could've done it is if she sat on top of it. She has never liked it, she thinks it is too noisy (oh, and my other half threatens to "shred her tail" if she is naughty....JOKING of course). Luckily it is unplugged when not in use. -- Purrs to all Angela and Gizmo |

I always considered the marking as claiming it as the cats' territory. |
