I saw two cats...

Whilst I was on Summer Camp in Wales with two Scout troops this
year. One was master to the farmer whose field we were using, and
one was just sitting in the street, outside a bank, of a small
local town - getting skritches from anyone who passed, and was
prepared to give them.

The farmer's cat was seen taking a walk down a very quiet road,
about half a mile from home - with the farmer's wife and one of
their two border collies :-). It seems the cat, Tilley, often
goes for a walk with the family :-)
