Wez happi to look at places but wez also need a reader of names.

Meowmie tolded us about sum of da places it's been at befur says Mona
with Luko nodding. Prince went to dat last one wif Daisy-chan.

Luko jumps away and snags a tablet, his paws deftly looking at possible
locations. Prince watches, paws too big to really work a tablet but
he's looking for something unique and fun. Luko dives off and finds a
list of most of the places they have been and they ponder it. Luko has
an idea and they whisper and bit then go off to check it out....

Looks like dez ploting so other kittahs do too! Mona jumps away and
joins them about the tablet.

I gotz an idea to offer:

A few miles outside of Montezuma, Iowa lies an obscure parcel of land.
It is surrounded by dense woods, and the only visible access is a dirt road,
badly overgrown and difficult to see. From the nearest paved road nothing
can be seen through the woods.

If an intrepid soul was to brave the abandoned road, a drive of a a couple
hundred yard through the woods would finally reveal a developed area of
at least 50 acres. Down the center of the developed area is a runway with
well-maintained markings, as well as an up-to-date VASI system and, if one
was to bring some electronic equipment, a precision instrument landing
system. Lettering near the midpoint on the runway reads "ROADCAT ACRES".

Against the woods on the far side of the parcel stand a large hangar, a
large
barn, and a heavily bermed dugout facility. Peeking in to the large hangar
reveals a decent fleet of aircraft. The fleet includes a downsized Pitts S2
(an aerobatic airplane), a similarly downsized Maule STOL, a few single
engine
aircraft, and a couple business jets. On the other side of the hangar
are rotor-
wing aircraft (helicopters). A Bell Jet Ranger sits beside a Rand R22,
and next
to that is a Chinook FH-47 (a kitty-sized CH-47 Chinook). There are also
some
still smaller things, covered with heavy tarps.

A little distance from the hangar stands the barn. The barn doors are
open, and
they offer a glimpse of a couple race cars, a few off-road vehicles, and
2 fuel
trucks. Against the back wall of the barn are parked some heavy
equipment -
2 dump trucks, a couple end loaders and excavotors, backhoes and a
bulldozer.

The heavily bermed structure is unmarked. It has a heavily reenforced
door that
is tightly shut. Marks that appear to be from tires lead from the
structure to
the runway.

On the near side of the developed area is what appears to be an office
building.
A 2 story building, the walls of the top floor are mostly glass,
offering an excellent
view of the rest of the property. The ground floor doors are open.
Inspecting the
site shows offices, a reception area with waiting room, and some
briefing rooms
on the ground floor.

Climbing to the second floor shows what appears to be a banquet area
with enough
tables to serve a least a few dozen patrons. A wet bar is situated
against the
back wall. A catering area and kitchen are behind the bar. Most of the floor
of the banquet area has lovely wood flooring, and appears to be intemded to
be used as a dance floor.

A large collection of antennas os various sizes protrude from the roof
of the
office building, including a set of radio direction finding antennas.

Beside the office building is a large fenced area with some smaller trees,
with picnic tables and comfortable lawn chairs under the trees. A swimming
pool sits in the middle of the fenced area.

On the other side of the office building is a pond. There are reeds
growing around
the far side of the pond. There are a couple rowboats tied up to a short
dock.
