They know they are. They thank you for the happy purrday wishes!
If they liked shrimpies, they'd get some. I cooked a rib eye on the
grill tonight and saved some for all, and Scarlett had some, Shamrock
did, but Rhett and Bonnie shunned it. Their loss. LOL

I don't know their exact birthday, but they were estimated to be 5
weeks last Oct 15th. After I took them in Nov 6th last year, their
estimated age was increased by my vet, and some who looked at
their first pictures. I figure they were born early Sept 2004.

They are gorgeous. And that is about the best used cat tree I've ever seen.

Awwww, how big they've gotten! Rhett is just gorgeous -- looks very
huggable, too! Congrats to you, Cheryl, for doing such a fine job raising
them! How does Bonnie interact with R & S?

Scarlett had some tough times ahead, and she's still small, but
doing very well now. Rhett is a monster of a cat. I'm celebrating
this event with a few new pictures to share; they start he

This picture shows my latest project that I started today. Their
big cat tree is shredded to bits, so I'm rewrapping with sisal
rope. This is just the start, but I never expected such a big job
of it!

Hehe. The thing is the studiest thing I've ever seen but it's
shredded! I find clumps of that blue carpet everywhere. The
sooner I replace the carpet with sisal the better!

Bonnie gets along with them great! She adores Rhett and always has
to be touching him. Scarlett sometimes chases her when the boys
chase her; Bonnie doesn't like being chased. But she doesn't
retreat under my bed when the kittens chase her like she does when
Shamrock chases her. I guess she remembers when they were tiny
kittens and they aren't as much of a threat. Honestly, Christine, I
don't think she understands when Shamrock gets so mean to her
because he adored her so when she was still in the cage, and all
that time when Shadow was still alive. Shamrock changed toward her
when Shadow died. Bonnie still has to be in the same room as
Shamrock, even now. She follows him like a "shadow". Funny. I
called her Baby Shadow when she was still a feral outside.

Rhett is such a big handsome boy! Wow. And Scarlett looks very sweet.
LOL at the pic with Shamrock among the stuffed cats. Reminds me of this
pic when Miranda first came to me:

Happy birthday, Rhett and Scarlett :-)
That post will look awesome when the sisal is all done. It is a huge
job, I know from when Dennis and I made our floor to ceiling
scratching post. The sisal wrapped around the house 2 times! It was
a 2 person job to get it on there. Wrapping, and twisting and
untangling and gluing at the same time and putting in the occasional
nail...ugh, glad it's done!
