Default Old cat

My friend has a 15year old cat - is this a record? I have one who is 12, so
I hope he still has plenty of years to go!!!!
Cheers, Margret

No - mine's nearly 16, and they can go on into their 20's although I
don't think mine will though.

My Tiger celebrated her 15th birthday last month. I also hope she still has
a bunch of years left in her.

Cats live more in a year than we do in 20. They are so much more
alive. Be thankful for every day you have with your cat.

That statement says more about your lethargy and depression that it does
about cats.

**My dear boy, Blue, died almost 6 months ago. He was 19 1/2, and walking
and eating until the last evening he died from a massive stoke ( due to his
very recent cardio mylopathy dianosis). He was slowing down the last 6
months of his life, I could tell, but he still* seemed so outwardly healthy
with his beautiful and glossy coat, and his strong spririt, and always
gentle ways. I miss him like there's no tomorrow.

Funny how you ... the resident bed-wetter ... were drawn like a moth to a
flame. :^/
