I guess it just couldn't wait until my husband could have his surgery and get back to work. That printer is only two years old -- old enough to be out of warranty but too young to die. The way your luck's been running, I would have expected to see that area under heavy cloud cover. Oh, well, Jody's home by now so things will get better real soon. Sam
