A Yahoo email group for RPCA members - there are some on there that don't
like Usenet newsgroups, and some whose servers have dropped newsgroups
altogether and they cannot get RPCA any more. Yowie started it and must
approve all members before they can join, thereby cutting out all spam
that could be passed out there.
